Hi,

We would like to invite you our first Music Booster meeting of the 2008/2009 school year. It will be held in the Hayes Choir room on Tuesday at 7:30 on Sept. 9th. We would love to see you.

The objective of the Delaware City Music Boosters is to promote the teaching and study of music in the Delaware City system.  This includes raising funds for the betterment of the music program; to supplement the programs provided by the Delaware City School system.

A couple of Booster functions that we are excited about:

1) The Reverse Raffle Dinner - Nov. 1st 2008. Some great prizes, great food and the entertainment! Well let's just say it's going to blow you away! Performers from our very own school district.  Tickets are on sale for $50 for dinner and a raffle ticket and $20 for a companion dinner ticket (purchase only with a $50 ticket).  There is going to be a silent auction and other exciting surprises so make sure you get your tickets.  More details forthcoming.

2) The Thanksgiving Citrus sale.  We'll have more details but if you like citrus fruit this will be the sale for you. Delivery is usually early December. More details will be forthcoming.

We are always looking for volunteers, something simple or more challenging we'll do our best to accommodate.
